Beeltra Business Service Terms
These are the general commercial terms for Beeltra Business — Beeltra's professional digital services. This is not the final contract for your specific project; that comes in your proposal.
1. About Beeltra Business
Beeltra Business provides digital and business implementation services — websites, Google/business presence, social media, CRM, automation, AI, consulting, and ongoing management.
2. Preliminary assessments
The Business Assessment on beeltra.com/business is informational and preliminary.
Submitting an assessment or requesting a proposal does not create a charge.
Submitting does not obligate you to hire Beeltra.
Any estimate shown is not a final offer — it is confirmed only after a scope review.
3. Final proposal
Before any paid work begins, you receive a final proposal defining scope, deliverables, price, payment milestones, timeline, external costs when applicable, and ongoing services when applicable.
4. Approval
Paid work begins only after you approve the applicable proposal and satisfy the agreed initial-payment requirement.
5. Pricing
Prices shown during the assessment are preliminary estimates, not final offers.
Beeltra does not currently state whether quoted prices include or exclude tax — see Section 14.
6. Payment milestones
For projects up to $2,500

These are general examples — your final proposal always controls the actual payment structure for your project.
7. Changes to scope
If you request work outside the approved scope, Beeltra will explain what changes, the effect on price, and the effect on timeline — before any additional Beeltra charges are added. No hidden fees.

9. Ongoing services
No. A one-time implementation does not automatically become a subscription. Ongoing services are only included when explicitly approved.
10. Cancellation / project stop
Before work begins
If you decide not to proceed, we will review any payment already made and any previously authorized non-recoverable third-party costs according to the final proposal you approved.
After work begins
Payments may be applied to completed work, committed project time, and authorized external costs. Any remaining balance will be handled according to the final approved proposal.
11. Intellectual property / deliverables
Ownership and license terms for final deliverables, third-party assets, software, templates, or licensed materials will be specified in the applicable final proposal when relevant.
12. Client responsibilities
Timelines can depend on you providing content, approvals, credentials/access, feedback, and on third-party platform availability.
13. Estimates and timelines
Timelines shown during the assessment are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates.
14. Taxes
Any taxes required by applicable law will be handled as appropriate in the final transaction documents.
